Deathly Hallows: Deathly Hollows
The anticipation, the excitement, the disappointment....Like any self respecting Death Eater, when Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows was released I was understandably excited. And perhaps a little over prepared. How over prepared? I hear you ask... Well using simply a pre-released promotional picture of a death eater as reference, I made my own death eater mask out of papier mache. Two days it took to construct, which was relatively a lot shorter than the time it took me to make my robes, which was two months. (Although in all fairness, I made them about 2 years before hand.)
What did this wondrous costume look like? Well, below are pictures of me waiting in the queue at the book launch and pictures of my friend Peter from we were on holiday in Alnwick castle and he was wearing my robes. (The place where several potter scenes were shot.)

The fabulous looking lady next to me is my bestest friend Sugar.

Peter wearing my robes, there are pics of me at Hogwarts but Peter took the photos and he isn't really that good a photographer....
So, the scene is set for you now. I'm all dolled up, I won't showcase the entire series of pics which myself and Sugar documented of our journey. But we did take photos at every stage of the event.
